Introducing Sam Adams Wood and HABODE HOMES Otago.
Sam is the Managing Director of HABODE HOMES in Otago, he has been trading property in Dunedin since 2003, since mid 2006 he took up the position of managing the Distributorship for the Otago & Southland Regions for HABODE HOMES.
You will find that Sam and the team working with him have a can do approach to creative and challenging building opportunities with the HABODE Building System. Building on conventional platforms, along with the ability to get your New Home into the most remote of places and supplying all the services/utilities to make your HABODE Experience an outstanding one, is what the HABODE HOMES Team is all about
Finding the HABODE Building System in 2005 and meeting Rod Gibson (the designer) the following year, Sam has managed to establish the first official Show Home in New Zealand. NZ is the first country in the world to have the HABODE Building System.
HABODE HOMES (Otago) Ltd started in 2006 supplying the HABODE product range to the people in Otago and Southland. With the assembly of the show home at Evansdale the interest in this dynamic building system is outstanding. We have had people as far as New York, America, come and visit.
